Dom Perignon Rose 2006 Limited Edition Lenny Kravitz in Giftbox

Dom is always complex and sophisticated, and this rosé is no exception. The fruits are red and wild, the palate dry and salty with a wealth of underbrush scents from dried thyme and rosemary to fennel. The palate is packed full of flavours from front to back, aided by persistently tiny mousse that animates all the components before a bitter finish. It is a great year, and there is little doubt this wine will live through a full twenty years in the bottle. The pinot noir and chardonnay blend is darkened by the addition of 20% still pinot, and finished with a 6 g/L dosage.
