A very pungent nose reflects notes of wood toast and reduction. By contrast there is very good freshness and vivacity to the almost painfully intense and imposingly-scaled flavors that possess the best complexity in the entire range, all wrapped in a markedly stony, balanced and remarkably persistent finish. Impressive. Drink: 2028+
