While the color was clearly showing it’s age with a light copper shade, the champagne was still remarkably fresh, still a beautiful fine mousse, good acidity, a fine texture on the palate, slightly oxidative but not distracting from a wonderful drinking experience. Nevertheless time to drink up. (cellartracker)
