The 1999 Ramonet Batard Montrachet starts slowly but builds terrifically – white peach, lemon, mint, rich and yet dynamic on nose and palate. Minty, mineral palate, just a hint of oxidative notes, but in no way marring the fruit. (Cellartracker 2022)
